We'd Rather Talk Than Email, But We're Good at Both

Ashford Group's front desk is staffed from opening to close every day of the week, and our coaches are usually on the floor during class times if you want to ask a question in person. If you're deciding between membership tiers, a five-minute conversation at the desk will get you more clarity than any web page. If you prefer email, we respond within 24 hours on weekdays and by Monday morning for weekend inquiries. For billing questions specifically, email us with your member ID and we'll resolve issues the same day in most cases. We also use the member app for direct coach messages — Active and Coaching members can message their coach directly through the app.

Common Questions Before You Visit

Do I need to make an appointment to tour the facility?

No appointment needed. Walk-in tours are available any day during open hours — just ask at the front desk. If you'd like a coach to walk you through the floor personally, weekday mid-mornings (10 a.m.–noon) are typically the quietest time, when staff have more room to spend 20 minutes with you.

Is parking available at your Westheimer location?

Yes — free surface parking directly behind the building, accessed from the Westheimer Rd driveway. The lot has 34 spaces. During peak hours (6–8 a.m. and 5:30–7 p.m.) street parking on the adjacent side street is also free and usually available within half a block.

What should I bring for my first visit?

Athletic shoes with non-marking soles, a water bottle, and your ID for check-in. We provide towels, so no need to pack one. If you're coming for a coached class, arrive 15 minutes early to meet your coach and get a quick orientation on the equipment you'll use that session.

Is the gym accessible for people with mobility limitations?

The building has a step-free entrance, accessible locker rooms, and elevator access to our second-floor spin studio. Our coaches are trained to modify any class movement for mobility limitations — just let the coach know before class starts and they'll brief you on adaptations.
